Change of Mind Returns - 30 Days

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • We can confirm your purchase is from us
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, is unused and as sold

You will be responsible for any return freight charges. We can assist with return freight - please reach out to the contact details below.

 Faulty Goods Returns

 We offer a 12 Month Warranty, unless otherwise specified in product description

If you received a faulty product please get in touch with us, so our customer service team can get this sorted for you. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement product or repair. We want to achieve a suitable solution for you, and will organise return freight if necessary.

If goods arrive damaged – Please follow these steps for a swift resolution:

  • Accept the delivery – but if you can, do notify the driver that it is damaged.
  • Please photograph the damage as soon as you can and email through to customer service – [email protected].  Please include a phone number in your email.  We ask you to do this within 5 days of delivery. 
  • We will contact you and sort out the next steps with you.  This may entail repairing or replacing the item – but this will be done in co-operation with you and to your satisfaction.

*If you do not have some parts of this, It's okay, just send the e-mail through and we will work together from there. For warranty claims, it is very helpful if you can take some photos showing the issue/concern, so we can ensure the best course of action.
